geles,   Fayeruz moonlighted as a food critic for various publications, including KissMyAngeles.com, Boulevard and Gorgeous. In 2010, she was named an Official Tastemaker for the Taste Awards and was chosen to serve as a Top Chef judge during the Hollywood stop of the Top Chef Tour.

She also wrote the  Viva Lost Angeles! blog, chronicling her love/hate relationship with the City of Angels. Her work was picked up by The Printed Blog, and is now available on newsstands across the United States.

  Fayeruz is a book critic for Real Simple magazine. She also writes for Richmond.com. Fayeruz assisted Elle magazine's advice columnist E. Jean Carroll, as a site moderator for her Advice Vixens website. Fayeruz writes the Cinema Purgatorio film column for Mish Mash Magazine, and has written theatre reviews for L.A. Splash and In The Scene magazine. She's also written for The Los Angeles Journal, the iFashion Network, Young D.C. and more..

  Fayeruz (pictured below, in black) wrote, directed and starred in the controversial comedy Polygamy, which played to sold-out audiences in Los Angeles.

In addition to her career in media and entertainment, she works feverishly on her essay collection, which she hopes will become a published book.
